Internal Sales Representative

Job purpose:

To provide excellent & professional service to Sublime Carbon’s customers within the Internal

Sales department

Requirements:

• 1-2 Years’ experience in a similar role in a technically inclined industry will be an advantage
• National Senior Certificate – Matric with mathematics (Not maths Lit)
• Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Any ERP system knowledge is a requirement, Syspro experience will be an advantage
• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable transport

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the entire sales department
• Checking accuracy of purchase orders and processing of orders
• Compiling of Costings and quotes to customers
• Read and understand technical drawings in order to quote correctly
• Checking material availability before quoting
• Assistance with the processing of tenders
• Working on customer portals to monitor customer requests for quote, submitting quotes, receiving orders, submitting invoices.
• Perform other jobs critical to office operations.
